Our excellent benefits are open for our full-time employees that are W-2, salaried, and working over 25 hours a week. These benefits are an integral part of their total compensation. We strive to offer a comprehensive menu of benefits that enhances our employees’ quality of life.

Health Insurance :

We offer health insurance benefits to all our W2 full-time employees. It is provided by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (https://anthem.com). Our eligible employees may choose from any three traditional PPO options at the time of joining. These benefits will start on the first day of the month, after a thirty-day waiting period.

Enrollment is offered at the time of joining or open enrollment period (typically April 1 each year, please confirm the date with human resources) or a qualifying event (https://www.anthem.com/individual-and-family/insurance-basics/health-insurance/qualifying-life-event).

These insurance coverages (subject to terms and conditions of the group insurance policy) are also available for immediate family members of W-2 full-time employees. The company contributes toward 50% of the employee’s cost of the health insurance premium. Employees if opted will pay 50% of their health insurance premium plus the cost for their family premium. These premiums must be paid through pre tax via payroll deductions under our Section 125 plan.

Dental and Vision Insurance :

The company offers Ancillary Benefits like Dental and Vision coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield to our full-time W2 employees and their immediate family members. These benefits will start on the first day of the month, after a thirty-day waiting period of your hire/ start date. More details are available at the employee portal (www.anthem.com). Coverages are described in the attached Anthem Dental and Vision Summary. Benefits are subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in your plan.

Employees with Dental and/or Vision coverage will continue paying the premiums for these through pretax payroll deductions under our Section 125 plan.

Disability Insurance :

CIC provides all full-time employees with long-term disability insurance through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Benefits begin after 180 days and are subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in your plan. This coverage is offered to all our full-time W2 employees Free of Charge. Life Insurance :

Our group life insurance is also provided by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We offer death benefits of up to $50,000. Benefits are subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in your plan. This coverage is offered to all our full-time W2 employees Free of Charge.

Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Plans

Our full-time employees have a great retirement savings plan. They are eligible on the first day of the month after a 30-day waiting period with CIC. We have a third-party administrator to handle legal and compliance issues. Participants have a variety of options from the American Funds family as per company's 401(k) plan guidelines. Paid Time Off:

Full-time salaried employees are eligible for 2 weeks (10 business days) of paid vacation after one year of service, 8 holidays (6 national and 2 floating), 1 sick and 1 personal day per year.
