We offer health insurance benefits to all our W2 full-time employees. It is provided by Anthem Insurance (https://www.anthem.com/). Our eligible employees may choose from any four traditional PPO options at the time of joining. These benefits will take effect on the first day of the month, following a thirty-day waiting period. Enrollment is offered at the time of joining, during the open enrollment period (typically April 1 each year; please confirm the exact date with Human Resources), or upon a qualifying event.

These insurance coverages (subject to the terms and conditions of the group insurance policy) are also available to the immediate family members of W-2 full-time employees. The company contributes 50% of the employee’s health insurance premium. Employees, if opted, will pay 50% of their health insurance premium plus the cost of their family premium. These premiums must be paid through pre-tax via payroll deductions under our Section 125 plan.
The company offers Ancillary Benefits, including Dental and Vision coverage through Anthem Insurance, to our full-time W-2 employees and their immediate family members. ABSI provides all full-time employees with long-term disability insurance through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company. Benefits begin after 180 days and are subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in your plan. This coverage is offered to all our full-time W2 employees free of charge. The company does not offer short-term disability at this time. Our group life insurance is also provided by Anthem Insurance. We offer death benefits of up to $50,000. Benefits are subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions in your plan. This coverage is offered to all our full-time W2 employees free of charge.

Our full-time employees have a great retirement savings plan. They are eligible on the first day of the month after a 30-day waiting period with CIC.
